Hello, My Name, Is Brandy L Powell I Also go by Chef Powell. Growing up cooking was always something that I loved to do with my father and Grandmother letting me cut some vegetables and even getting to stir the pot of greens but most importantly getting to try what we were making. As I got into High School My love for cooking grew so I then decided to go to Vo-tech For Culinary Arts while I was in High school and immediately, I fell in Love with the idea of one day opening my own Food truck. As I finished High school I wondered what to do next. And with that Question in mind, I decided to continue my Culinary Arts Schooling and signed up for Culinary School that following Fall while Achieving many certifications along the way. Through culinary school I knew that I needed to do more when it came to learning more from the different styles of restaurants and the different ways other chefs did things. So I started working in different styles of restaurants under different chefs, learning different techniques along the way and getting more of an idea on how I wanted to run my own business one day. With my first experience being in a fine dining restaurant where you had to get reservations to eat there.
